Our philosophy is to work with seasonal ingredients respecting their natural flavours and using fresh herbs from the Fitzgerald Family herb Garden in Adare that allow us to enhance our dishes to their full flavour. We also have a very wide variety of fine wines from all around the world especially imported to compliment each dish. Dress code recommended for dining in the Brennan Room Restaurant is smart-casual please. Last dining time for parties with children is 7.30 p.m.

Enjoying a relaxed, buzzy atmosphere, the newly refurbished Fitzy's Bar is popular with both guest & locals alike and is the ideal place to wind-down in the evenings. The bars modern surrounds are illuminated with soft lighting and soft furnishings making it an ideal spot to mingle with the locals from Adare or enjoy a drink in a quiet corner.
